otd command works, but since td is not persistant, its not of much use

It the td command would give a persistant table, (other than the files have actually changed) there would be a workflow like:

• td and filtering an looking up the todo in the list.
• passing a otd (td) 42 would open the editor in that file on that line.

No idea why the list is not always the same. Probably something within rg.
