Tried to fix some spelling and grammar mistakes in the README

Hello @xa888s Thank you for fixing some typos, but unfortunately, there are some parts which remove the information I want to keep there, like the treatment period, instead you wrote appointment; The Treatment at a specialist doctor is not comparable with an appointment. For that reason I will apply the typos manually and deny your pull request, but I will mention you in the commit message. Thank you :)
