Cannot arm or disarm #106

I have added this integration for my AX Pro Alam.

I can see the entities and states, no problem and they change as expected.

However, I cannot arm the system? After arming, the alarm beeps twice, then after 30 seconds or so I get an audible 'arming failed' plus the attached error. Screenshot 2024-04-04 133844

Disarm works fine, after it has been armed via the app.

Any help gratefully received please!

Are you using user which is admin ? If you have admin user you should not use "code", leave it empty.

Added section to README.md. Please check this and retry.

Pre-check

⚠️ Please make sure your user you will be using will have role "Admin" and it is not same as "Installer" or remove the "Installer" completely. (Referring to issue #108)
