[BUG] When error state appears, user is unable refresh page #44

Description When nearby cafes returns error, the error page is displayed, after that, user can't refresh page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Load nearby cafes
  2. See error
  3. User cant refresh page

Expected behavior After error is displayed, user can refresh page
