clarify that traits are applied from left to right #27

In section "Applying Resource Types and Traits" we need to make sure that we mention how traits defined in a sequence are getting applied.

As in https://github.com/raml-org/raml-spec/issues/184#issuecomment-189975866 mentioned; they are getting applied from left to right.
