Set isBCM2835Initialized when initializdd #2

I believe you should mark when the initialization is completed.

Just to note, the build isn't failing because of my changes, this seems to be a misconfiguration of Travis (mismatching g++ versions?).

I agree. I moved to wiring today to better support Raspberry Pi 4 and the older RPi versions, though.
