PS/2 to USB adapter leads to PS/2 Keyboard not detected #38

I ordered these https://a.co/d/gUzlF0a to hook up a USB keyboard to the VT 100. Unfortunately it seems it is not detecting the keyboard I use https://a.co/d/cD3fbKI or any other USB keyboard for that matter.

Anything I can do to help with that?

Sorry that device won't work. It's a passive device that just converts the connection. It expects an older USB keyboard that has legacy PS/2 mode. The older USB keyboard detects that USB is not connected and then switches to the PS/2 signals. Almost all of the modern USB keyboards have abandoned PS/2 compatibility mode.

Thanks, I was afraid of that. Any chance we are getting native USB keyboard support on the VT100 at some point?
