Install steps include cp sql/pg_rrule.sql /usr/share/postgresql/extension/pg_rrule--0.1.0.sql, yet pg_rrule.control is set to default_version = 0.2.0. Renaming the .sql script from 0.1.0 --> 0.2.0 fixes this issue of course, but might be missed by those installing for the first time.
