Win 7 64-Bit Failed Install (0x5)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download any of the executables
2. Run the exe
3. Next, Accept, Next, Next, Install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Installs files quickly then progress bar reaches end saying it's "Registering 
files...". Progress bar goes red and error message pops up (see below)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Any version currently available. Win 7 Pro SP1

Please provide any additional information below.

Error that appears:
Dialogue Box Title: Error
C:\Program Files\Dotz Softwares\SVG Explorer Extension\SVGThumnailExtension.dll

Unable to register the DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x5.

Click Retry to try again, Ignore to proceed anyway (not recommended), or Abort 
to cancel installation.

Buttons: Abort Retry Ignore (X in top right is grayed out)

Same thing happened to me. Windows 7, 64 bits.
