Axis definitions #8

After pulling the latest files on the repo at commit 1e74787 the fonts still need to comply with the axes definitions settled for the custom axes.

This is now done except for slnt which I think may need to be backwards.

Yes, the slant value should be a negative value for a right-leaning oblique design. Are we going to serve the slanted as an Italic? If so, we should split (instance) it into two different VFs.

It's intended as italic from the start. Along the line it changed to slanted for some reason, but it really is italic including italic shapes for the lower case. Besides that, all romans have slanted shapes too. But adding both slnt and ital maybe too much overkill.
