Axis definitions

After pulling the latest files on the repo at commit 1e74787 the fonts still need to comply with the axes definitions settled for the custom axes.

• slnt
  • The display name should be Slant
  • The max value should go up to 90. See slant.textproto
• SZP1 + SZP2
  • The display name should be Size of Paint 1 and Size of Paint 2
  • The max value is 100. See size_paint_1.textproto
• XPN1 + XPN2
  • The display name should be Horizontal Position of Paint 1 and Horizontal Position of Paint 2. See x_position_paint_1.textproto
• YPN1 + YPN2
  • The display name should be Vertical Position of Paint 1 and Vertical Position of Paint 2. See y_position_paint_1.textproto
• ELXP
  • The display name should be Element Expansion
  • The max value should be 100. See element_expansion.textproto
• ELSH
  • The display name should be Element Shape
  • The max value should be 100. See element_shape.textproto.

This is now done except for slnt which I think may need to be backwards.

Yes, the slant value should be a negative value for a right-leaning oblique design. Are we going to serve the slanted as an Italic? If so, we should split (instance) it into two different VFs.

It's intended as italic from the start. Along the line it changed to slanted for some reason, but it really is italic including italic shapes for the lower case. Besides that, all romans have slanted shapes too. But adding both slnt and ital maybe too much overkill.

slnt is fixed and CRSV is added.
