Create new Event (data part) #171

This task is related to #82 Now UI is ready and the new event data has to be pushed through GraphQL to the backend.

If the error will occur (backend is not responding of server sleep or smth..):

dialog is still open and the spinner in the submit button is showing progress.
user needs to be informed by an error message inside the dialog near the submit button. The spinner ends and Submit button is back to normal.
user should be able to submit the form again. Or cancel by closing dialog and forgetting input data.

Event date should be prefilled with Todays date
