Open WinFellow without a preexisting configuration/with default settings, perform configuration changes and save them using the "Save configuration" menu item. This does not prompt for a config filename, but also does not save any configuration (at least not that I could find).
What should happen is to either be prompted where to save the config (as it has never been saved), or possibly have the menu item "Save configuration" greyed out if it has not been saved yet/no last used configuration has been loaded, so that the user is forced to use the "Save configuration as" menu.
This may be specific to Amiga Forever; the emulator attempts to save to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Amiga Files\WinFellow\configurations, but the configurations subdirectory does not exist in my installation.
