Long asciinema bloats RAM #4

If you try converting a relatively long > 6k frames asciinema, then your RAM will be full and other processes most likely swapped. Script should warn about such files and let user specify (as a comand-line option) a HDD directory instead of mkdtemp.

Unfortunately, this project is no longer active, as I no longer have time to work on it.

You might want to read: https://github.com/pettarin/asciicast2gif#news and see if Marcin Kulik's tool suits your requirements better --- it probably does.

(I leave this issue open, in the unlikely case someone else wants to address the issue.)
