Extend the multiarchitecture / multirepeat ensembling with the possibility to train multiple phases of model training on one go.

e.g.

You want to both pretrain for a large dataset, and then finetune for a custom dataset
Load pretrained net, freeze weights and only finetune for your custom dataset
Load finetuned net, and do some post-training optimization, like Multi-SWA(G)
