Remove paragraph width in team section as it was causing white gap on smaller screens (< 450px)
Removed the paragraph banner left position for tablet and phone screens in order to center the text in the banner image
Issue 223 - Removed padding and added a max width to the paragraph in the thank-section in order to better align the text on pad sized and smaller screens.
Removed JS code responsible for adding the hidden class to the .close-menu-icon and added the hidden class directly in the html structure for the .close-menu-icon button. This way the button will not appear on smaller screens when first loading or refreshing the page.
