[laptop-Firefox] On filtering by "Oras", the first letter introduced does not coincide with the first letter in the town's name

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Go to https://peviitor.ro/#/rezultate
2. Filter by "Oras".
3. Enter letters from A to Z in the section, in order.

EXPECTED RESULTS: When entering letter A (and then B-Z, in order), all towns with names starting with A (B-Z) should be ordered alphabetically.

ACTUAL RESULTS: When entering letter A, all towns with names starting with A are be ordered alphabetically. When entering letters from B to Z, in order, towns are not listed alphabetically (starting with the respective letter). Exception: Letters K, Y and W - with no results found
