Search bar correctly handles and displays location names in Romania #109

Description: The localities are displayed correctly according to Law 2 16/02/1968

Preconditions: The website is up and running.

Step 1 Enter a valid location in Romania acording to Law 2 16/02/1968 such as "Piteşti"

Expected results In the drop-down appears the location ''Pitești, Argeș"

Step 2 Click the "x" icon to delete the text.

Expected results The text has been deleted from the search bar

Step 3 Enter an invalid location name as " Ahgcghj"

Expected results In the drop-down appears the message "Locatia nu a fost gasita!"
