the text selected cannot be replaced with other text pasted from other place #137

ENVIROMENT: ui.orase URL: https://peviitor-ro.github.io/ui.orase/ Browser: Mozzila Firefox Device: PC OS: Linux

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Open URL in browser Type whatever locality you want, for example : "Arad". Go on other website page , for example go on https://legislatie.just.ro/Public/DetaliiDocument/189 Copy a locality you want from the list of localities. (example copy "Alba". Go on your first URL page : https://peviitor-ro.github.io/ui.orase/ Select all the text "Arad". Paste the second locality (Alba).

EXPECTED RESULTS: The first locality, Arad will be replaced by the second one (Alba)

ACTUAL RESULTS: The first locality will not be replaced and the seond one will be pasted next to the first one.
