"Săsciori" is listed in the dropdown menu when searched #280

Description : When user is typing "Săsciori " in the search bar, the location should appear in the dropdown menu correctly spelled and with locality information (as in Law nr. 2 din 16 februarie 1968)

Preconditions : the website (https://peviitor-ro.github.io/ui.orase/) is up and runing.

Step 1 : Type "Săsciori" in the search bar .

Expected result : "Săsciori" is listed as an option in the dropdown menu, and appears as "Săsciori, Alba"
