Add a power source indicator and Trigger an alarm if ventilator is running on battery

we would implement the feature to check if the unit is running on battery or not through the LTC4015 driver in the firmware and pass that data to the backend & frontend. Currently, we won't be reporting the remaining battery charge, which will be implemented later. We will also trigger an alarm if the unit is running on battery
