This PR includes:

Rename eventLogs to eventsLog
Rename AppConstants.tsx to constants.ts
embed OverlayScreen at App level
decompose audio alarms from overlayscreen
rename overlayscreen to screenlock
update props for paramValueSpinner to include valuespinners in displayTab as well
