Added more DBus functionality #74

Added in DBus method to change the active device, and get the number of devices.
Added method to get device name from DBus so that now the GUI can loop through them on start up and display relevant functions.
TODO
Might add function to return a string array of device names or even a custom structure of {index, device name} ;).
Add Wiki page about discovering the device protocol.

Credit to @minneyar for adding in USB product ID's into the daemon.

@pez2001 Mind double checking this, should be fine but a second pair of eyes on it is always welcome.

underscores ? :-)) why not dots to seperate namespaces ?

Didn't even think about that ;-). We can always refactor things later.

You think we should have milestones / list of features before we start merging to stable? I think we're not to far off making some tags ;-)
