Fix link generation from capybara-snapshot output #187

Capybara-screenshot changed the output again in https://github.com/mattheworiordan/capybara-screenshot/commit/c2c7b067ba88bef94fd4f24a146a365a10e28c12, so file:// is no longer incorporated by default.

It would be nice if matches were both forward and backwords compatible, but this change has been incorporated since 2017-11-09, so it seems like this is the correct regex moving forward.

Previously updated in #139.
