Add icons to main menu #10

Main menu item icons for the "File", "Edit" and "Scopes" sections.

I added information about the authors of the icons to the aboutbox window, but please check it for grammatical errors. I have a problem with this...

Ok thanks, I'm working on merging this (with some minor changes). It may help people who don't have a native translation. Also, I checked that the icons aren't loaded unless the menus are used, so that's good.
