Added some documentation in README.md to reduce the entry barrier for new developers.
Renamed gwt.sh to dev.sh (for better Tab completion).
Added command to package the compiled project for easier downloading.
Switched to GWT 2.8.2 from 2.10.0 to be more consistent with Eclipse setup. Tried version 2.8.1, but does not work for unknown reasons.
