Please tag a release version #10

It would be important to know which version of pbsim from the Google Code repo this is based on. I would assume 1.0.3, the most recent version assigned by the original upstream? If so I would be very happy if you could include these as actual Git tags, and in case you have made or will make any modifications it would be ideal if you could also assign new version numbers.

The reason I am asking is because I am the Debian maintainer for pbsim and I would like to keep up with the current development of the tool, and update the version in Debian if there's progress (e.g. bugfixes). Thanks in advance!

@pfaucon it would be really helpful if you could make a release at https://github.com/pfaucon/PBSIM-PacBio-Simulator/releases I am a packager for Homebrew Science.

Hi, I've seen more commits to this project but no tags yet. Will you consider adding tags to let us know what code should be distributed? Kind regards, Andreas.
