Formatting issue on Firefox, while on chromium based browser not showing at all

Can you explain, what you have done, to see that error, so that I can reproduce it?

on firefox

on chromium based browsers nothing shows up in bar to add the site

You might have to clear the cache!

I updated it on site to 4.1.1 and it's still not working, we tried uninstalling and installing plugin, but still same

we even tried on new VM/windows sandbox (to make sure it doesn't have any leftovers in browser) with chrome and still not working

on chromium you need to open search page at least once though

I could reproduce the initial problem you reported, but now it works as expected on my side. I use the latest version 122.0 (64-Bit) on a Mac.
