The avatar implemented in the prior version overwrites the avatar default preference. If you set it as the default, it will now either replace gravatar if there is no email address, and send the file to gravatar so it will return the same. Had to bundle png for that.

@pfefferle What do you think? It still routes any avatar request with an email through gravatar. But there are other plugins that stop that.
