New bugs

Recently there popped up some errors, e.g.:

• editorial notes aren't rendered correctly (i.e. not at all)
• double bar line / end bar lines are not shown
• musical examples are (always) shown with modern clefs

These any some other bugs should be fixed now. But in case, feel free to reopen :)
