ZLS Only Starts if the Open File is Part of a Project

ZLS doesn't work with just any ol' Zig file, it has to be in an Atom "Project Folder" before anything works.

it should work on any file with the scope source.zig, does it not? I've switched to vscode because it has better languageserver support.

Unfortunately, not in my experience.
