Misconfigured Discovery Service Provider #160

Describe the bug DiscoveryV2 service provider is in the wrong META-INF file. Hasn't appeared to cause any issues as all are loaded by the application ClassLoader. This will cause problems for OSGi's service loader.

Need to update the bnd annotations to the official OSGi annotations also.
