Can be a badge (like the admin badge), planned, ongoing, completed

This is now updated. Please note that activity_start_date, activity_end_date & activity_status refer to distribution start / end dates and distribution status. This is to capture more activities than just distributions (such as infrastructure assessments and construction activities for DRR).

@drfaustusfade, @fakhrihawari, I have made a new datepicker directive here. Its greatly simplified.
