Add names of Kits / Partial Kits with Contents

To include specific kits of partners so that they can specify what they are distributing. The partial kits will include the kit contents in the activities.csv.

1. Include kit details as details in activities.csv
2. Hide details when kits are selected

Here are the list of Partial Kits that where used previously;

• Kitchen Set ( Partial Kit )
• UNHCR Kit
• ICRC Kit
• IOM Kit
• Shelter Box Kit
• Goal Kit
