Separate activities.csv into countries #350

Currently all activities are in one big file. It would be better if they were split by country to support the update and management. i.e.

  1. Make folder with activities split by country on Google Drive (i.e. ngm > lists > activities > activities_af.csv, activities_et.csv, etc)
  2. On edit / update, create a Google script that merges all activities_xx.csv into the one activities.csv file that can be uploaded to the server

This will just help with management of activities for each country. For any questions on which activities should end up where, just contact me on Skype
