Add realtime simulation #33

Displays simulated current shape in real time. The hardest part is finding room in the window for it.

Main challenge is that the tiny HZ differences build up over time, leading to very different results. It should maybe be possible to actually perform the simulation in steps according to the real values, but that's not easy to implement.
