I have one that goes with the assessment prioritization (table 11). We can redo the format of this table that would be easier to be read and processed by R.
That csv file is available here. Thanks for reminding me that this only starts in 2003. I think we should definitely extend it back to at least 1999. However, in terms of using this to guide scraping of databases, I am not sure if any of these early assessment results would be included there. Perhaps checking SIS for species like sablefish an Pacific ocean perch with a robust assessment history might help us understand what is available.
Kelli, Chantel's file is a better format for many things, but this file https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18VIsx7qAZ6p80KSrxd1B-68KdGgZBu8QJPAkXVYrClE/ which you created a few years ago seems equally comprehensive from 2003 onward. We were going to have a discussion at our team meeting about the value of maintaining that (among other related topics) but it has been postponed for a while. -Ian

Is there a comprehensive list/table somewhere of all species ever assessed and in what year as well as what type of assessment was done for the NWFSC and SWFSC? I am thinking that I could scrape PFMC or SIS for the info but I am not sure if it would be complete.
