For reference, OR provided detailed notes on grading (apparently only sablefish and salmon are sampled as non ocean run in OR) that included information on what species could potential not be sampled in the "round" condition, where for OR round is "0". I am documenting them here so that I don't forget to check that the code accommodates round weight vs. other weights appropriately for these species that are relevant.
