Generalization of the plotStat function #22

There are two main changes here:

  1. Add input to the function for the length bins (dolbins)
  2. Removed the sablefish specific gear names for the labels of the fleets on line 41 here (previously line 31). This change depends on the pre-defined "fleet" column in the dataframe has the desired naming (e.g., area and gear or gear only).
