Add agemethod to the cleanPacFIN function #23

With the move to simplfy the code where cleanPacFIN would be the only function needed to format the data (eliminating the need for cleanAges) we need to make sure to add the agemethod cleaning and filtering to cleanPacFIN. I am more than happy to do this after the assessment cycle and just wanted to make an issue so I don't forget to address this.

done and cleanAges is deprecated.
