Solves Issue #34 with Linux. The branch worked fine on Tantalus and I was able to run all the models for Spiny dogfish. (Only the 'Triennial_lognormal_ar4' model didn't run .) I have verified that there is no change when running under Win 10.

I am mainly seeing the addition of sf::st_crs(world) = 4326 for linux machines when using the world_hires Rdata. @John-R-Wallace-NOAA feel free to open a new pull request with this single change as a clean commit without line changes that have to do with changes in formatting. I am closing this pull request, but please feel free to reopen if you want to just edit this branch.
