[x] Figures are in the pre-recruit survey write up. I dont know where those are. Possibly delete in write up or add figures
[x] Explore sensitivity of excluding 2010, 2012, and 2022 from pre-recruit
[x] Confirm state length excel sheets match what we have for fishery comps
[x] Work up and add in the Canadian catches
[x] Add in write up for canadian waters
[ ] Try sensitivity with triennial index from previous model, which was an ECE index
[x] Expand com comps with new PacFIN utilities that accounts for no sample weight samples. Would increase expansion_factor2 above 1 I did this and compared the comps. Found limited differences 1-5% changes in proportions. Largest were for CA NTWL for sex = 3 of around 15% but these are from very few samples with limited bins, so overall change in model results is expected to be minimal - running the model confirms no effect*
[x] Check a few other options for set up for prerecruit survey (treat as measure of spawning stock biomass or recruitment)
