Minor changes for post-STAR version

These are minor issues and aren't going to affect model results - can best before STAR panel. Listing here to change as suggestions are made during STAR panel since its possible base model will be updated

• [x] Change natural mortality M for males to lognormal prior This should not matter because prior_like = 0 in base which only include prior for estimated priors and male M is estiamted
• [x] Turn off unused priors for fixed parameters This should not matter because prior_like = 0 in base which only includes prior for estimated priors and these are not estimated. For profiles, these increase the likelihood compared to the base but that just adds a constant across all values and so scale is increased and that is all. Patterns are not affected
• [x] Set inits for growth to be from external estimated parameters

Did these and as expected teh male M prior and turning off priors for fixed parameters had no effect. Starting at external init estimates had more of an effect than was expected, but likelihood was poorer and fits not as good. Similar to findings from jitter, plus overall growth parameters were very similar.
