post-STAR writing tasks

Breakout of tasks for updating the pre-STAR report to the post-STAR version incorporating the new base model Brian

[x] sensitivities section
[x] data write up (tables and any value for the number of ages)
[x] bridging (update to new base model and then update final step writing - I dont plan to redo the bridging) KLO: I already remade the plot with the final base model. It did not originally get copied, but now it is. Thanks Kiva!
[x] add request 15 into sensitivites (I added it as a sentence within the description of the decision table, because I thought it fit really well there).

[x] profiles section
[x] model results section (3.3.6 through 3.4 - to confirm values are from new base if they were hard coded)

Unassigned (so whoever gets there first)

[x] convergence (incorporating new info on the jitter)
[x] retros (I know I originally said I could do it but moving this here to whoever gets to it)
- [x] maybe we add the squid plot (right now Im not including it - black and copper nca did not have these in either)
[x] management section (and possibly some of the recommendations given the current base is more stable)
[x] any mention of selectivity blocks (since these have changed from the pre-star panel version)
- [x] I did not make selectivity block changes in the results section (3.4.1.2) and these are still needed

New sections (for after we update existing sections):

[x] We will need to update the projections table (uncomment it) and decision table materials.
[x] as well as text for uncertainties (both in the text AND in the executive summary). BJL: I adjusted the text for stability of the model. I have not yet done other parts - because those didn't seem to need adjusting.
