council request for harvest specifications

The Council requested harvest specification projections under alternative harvest control rules as follows in time for their Nov. decision to adopt a range of alternatives:  Please provide 10-year projections for these stocks under the alt. HCRs described in the table below from REVISED Supplemental GMT Report 2 in time for the Nov. BB deadline (no later than Oct. 15).  Please use the same removal assumptions through 2022 as was done for the projections under default HCRs so they are comparable.

P* = 0.40 projections were already provided in the decision tables as noted in the GMT report linked in devo's email. @chantelwetzel-NOAA confirmed that no new work should be needed from the lingcod team for this (which wasn't clear from the email).
