@John-R-Wallace-NOAA, there was a comment on the google doc version of this handbook asking "Can you comment on what this means and why it is important?" regarding the CRUISEJOINs shown in Appendix B: https://pfmc-assessments.github.io/pfmc_assessment_handbook/appendix-b.html.

I have added information about the usefulness of Appendix B in section 1.6.1. I also updated the URL for the species and data code books in section 1.6.1.1.
