Update author.csv file and associated addresses

Even though we will not be using sa4ss in 2025, I need the author.csv file to be updated to include all authors that will be listed (at least as of right now) for 2025 assessments. Can you please respond to this issue with their name (as they want it used in the document, e.g., I prefer my middle initial to be used so Kelli F. Johnson) and the address of their affiliation if it is not already in the function that finds this information. Also, please let me know an address listed in the function is incorrect. THANKS!

There probably isn't an abbreviation already built into the package for UAF.
