I would like to do a translation(Simplified Chinese) #214

hi,

I've been with chromeIPass for over 1 year and I extremely love this plugin. I decide to write some articles for it(so more people will know and use this great plugin) and translate it into Simplified Chinese.

Any direction on how to do it? Or you can directly send me the English text list and I will send Simplified Chinese list back to you.

I haven't externalized strings to make it easy for i18n yet, I'll consider it in the future when time avails itself

I used the simple way to translate it... seems worked fine so far...
