If you have a FireFTP tab opened in the browser, ALL entries will allow FireFTP, adding this in the advanced properties: {"Allow":["","FireFTP"],"Deny":[]}
It is only annoying because of the balloon notice which goes wild -- I haven't noticed any other problem in functionality related to this.
