Where is Simplify Lines? #130

I was disappointed to find that unlike the demo version that is hosted on the web, this github version does not have the line simplifier, which is what I really want.

@lllyasviel This is very interesting and all, but I'm referring to the new 'Simply Line Tool' on https://paintschainer.preferred.tech

Please help me to get simplify lines like on the website working. It's the best implementation of it I've seen so far. I can't figure out how to use the liner function or the liner_f library properly.
