canvas.toBlob is not a function in Safari on iOS #51

in Safari on iPhone 7 and iPad Pro I choose a file but still Colorize button is disabled.

TypeError: $('#wPaint').wPaint('imageCanvas').toBlob is not a function. paints_chainer.js:122
